Platinum Aquamarine ring circa 1930.

This very elegant rectangular cut 12 carat mediterranean blue aquamarine is set in a raised 6 claw gallery.  The plain shoulders lead to a plain band shank (marked PLATINUM).  The head of the ring measures 11mm x 20mm. To the reverse the ring is set into an open backed setting which allows the light to shine through.

This is a perfect cocktail/statement ring, and would be sure to turn heads.
